There is a sprinkle of bully romance that at first had me thinking , Rome needs a beating, but as it progressed I feel like Rome started to redeem himself. All around this had great spice and the bully step sibling might not be for everyone but this author wrote it well.

If you love small town romances then this is a perfect read. We meet River and Ruby which I loved their names . Ruby is feisty and not a fan of River. She was such an independent strong heroine and you saw the sparks right out the gate between them. River was such a cool , charming guy. I really loved his personality and how he kept at it to wear Ruby down. The side characters were a great addition and it makes you want to be part of the friend group.

Book 4 in this Crimson Club series and we get to see if the other favorite twin River, gets a HEA. Hayden answers a tool ad on a dating site literally legit looking for tools lol. I about died when I read he had posted this ad and the innocence in River through this interaction and Hayden response was so entertaining. These two had a lot of hurt and issues from past that was surface level and it isn’t really dug up deep. You literally watch their relationship turn into possibly more. The journey is sweet and emotional and I loved these two together! This book did have some real sexy times but the friendship between these two is what really seals this book.
