New author to me and even though it is a second book in the series I really enjoyed it! This can be read as a standalone. We have a best friends sister that. Scones a bit of a enemies to lovers! I will tell you I felt like Cam was not favorite at first and I really felt for Ava! Eight years after leaving Cam is back in town and the air between these two was a joy to read. Ava truly is a strong heroine. They both had a journey towards a HEA. Can eventually redeems himself in my eyes 😝 I love a good small town romance and especially when it’s the siblings best friend. Ready to see what is next.

He was best friends with Dakota husband but then life throws a curveball and Dakota ends up as a widow with two beautiful girls that love their Uncle Chrissy😁 I will tell you at first I was like how Natasha are you going to make me fall for these two because hello Bro code right? Well I will tell you this read is not what you think and it will surprise you. The real MVP is Koda because she was such a strong heroine and her character was just awesome and I would say one of my fav heroine. Of course you have past family members for the hockey family pop in just to round things out. No question for me but hands down 5 stars! Thank you for a great read!
