New series and the title Park Avenue Princes is of course every bit of rich boys that have the city as their playgrounds and their parents that will be there safety net. In this book we meet West and his friends and at first meet my eyes were rolling listening to them. JT is the dean son and every bit of shy and opposite of West. After a bet it’s on to corrupt the deans son and get revenge on the Dean. All plans are never as they seem.
It took me a minute to like West but when he is with JT I feel like you see a different side. I am interested to see how the other books go just because the other Princes were jerky and not sure they can settle. All in all it was a sexy read. West is caliente when it comes to the sexy times.

EXCERPT:
“What was your news?” I say, wiping away the remainder of the tears.
“I can tell you later,” he answers, sheepishly sliding his hands into the pockets of his jeans.
“Just tell me now. I need a distraction,” I say, letting out a small laugh.
Blake doesn’t laugh with me, though, he just stands there and gives me a nod, like he is contemplating how to say what he is going to say.
“Just rip the band aid off, Jacobi.” I push, just wanting to hear his news already.
“Fine. I signed with the Chicago Dark Knights this morning.”
It takes me a second to digest the news.
“You did what?” I ask, feeling a smile spread across my face.
“I signed my first official NHL contract this morning. I’m heading to Chicago.”
Not being able to help my excitement, I jump up and down until I eventually throw my body at him.
He’s been waiting for this moment since he got drafted. We’ve been talking about the possibility of him signing early since we arrived at Montana State and now it’s actually happening.
“That’s awesome! I’m so excited for you!” I say to him, placing a kiss on his cheek.
“Thanks,” he says, and I don’t need to pull away from him to know that he has a smile on his face. “But there’s something else that comes with it, though, and I don’t know how you are going to feel about it.” He lets out when I’m back on my feet.
“What?” I ask, a huge grin on my face with all the excitement that I’m feeling. All thoughts of Theo and what happened today are now completely gone.
First in the series so I get so excited to see how the tone for series will be. Here we have a small town appeal with a little suspense (Just a dash). Sebastian is emotionally not present after the rough times in life he has had. He is merely existing and trying to climb back out of his hell. He owns the local bakery and yes I would be at that bakery every day if it had Sebastian in it lol. Enya has her own struggles that she is trying to overcome and move in the right direction. These two meet in a clashing way and from there the emotional rollercoaster starts! LB Dunbar will have you tied to both these characters and you will be rooting for them to get their paths aligned! Sebastian family are hilarious and I loved their banter and I am excited for the next book in the series! For now you need to bask in this fine read because you will fall in love!
This is a sports romance and brothers friend romance and add that it’s Sara Ney and I am here for it. Tess has always crushed on Drew but he really didn’t notice. What happens when decisions are made for one night? Drew plays football and is well known. Drew is a more serious guy and one night will change how he feels about Tess. This was a good read but not my favorite of the series. I will say there is some emotional parts in the story. For me I felt that the chemistry between Drew and Tess was not so strong. I really liked Drew and his brother. Tess is not my favorite heroine but overall it was a good book. The story is gradual and the emotions are all there. The sexy times are sweet. Just when you think things might go smooth for them , a obstacle gets thrown in.
