Here is a first in the series and it had Mason a rugby player who is roommates with Ryan. He finds Ryan in a certain position that has him feeling things that he has never felt before. He had already been throwing the idea around that there may be more to his sexuality than what he thought. Ryan makes him a proposition and you will have to read to see what happens to these two! The spice is just right, the characters add to the story. I liked seeing the Rugby theme which you don’t see often. Mason was a big softie which was also a pleasant surprise. The angst is low and these two really do some exploring. I think it was a great book to start with.

They both have feelings for each other but how can they make it work with the rivalry?! I liked the book and there was very low angst. You have hockey and the rivalry between him and now a team that he has always gone against is interesting. Brother Callahan definitely was a plus in this story. I am now going to read the others in the series because very interested in her brother read.
He’s my brother’s biggest hockey rival…but he’s bringing the heat for me.

I have enjoyed this series so sad to see it done. I will say I was not expecting a second chance romance but it was refreshing. This is different since Mack and Davey were already married and divorced. Two years later they are now back under one roof and with some reflecting a plan for a second chance arises. My heart felt for both characters, more for Mack than Davey, but you really see the struggle that they both have. You have all the past characters from the other books that adds to the book. I love the banter amongst everyone that adds some comedy. I feel like I had a couple moments that I felt Davey lacked a bit but overall it was a good read and HEA

The star of the show is Nixon Sinclair, hockey player, sweet, sexy and that mouth during the scenes we all love yasss girl he will catch some parties on fire😂. Nixon and Mackenzie families have been around each other so everyone is in the business. What starts as a fake ruse quickly turns to more but with this small town nothing is easy. The angst is very low and there is a HEA of course. I do love that Kenzie is a strong heroine Doctor and I think her Nixon just have a great relationship together. Great read and can’t wait for the next one which at the end you get a hint😎
